Like most modern games, from big publishers, Steep will be available for purchase on the PlayStation Network, Steam, Uplay, Xbox Live and a variety of other digital storefronts. There doesn't appear to be any big midnight launch events for Steep slated for Thursday night - which isn’t shocking, given its near obscurity compared to likes of Call of Duty, Destiny or Madden - but that doesn’t mean fans of Ubisoft’s first open-world winter sports game have to wait until business resumes on Friday to snag a copy. Thankfully, digital distributors are stepping in to make the game available almost as quickly as we’d expect from traditional brick and mortar retailers.
